I had issues with the raw poultry. When I opened the package 1 day after purchasing, the chicken had a rotten smell. This has happened a few times and I will no longer purchase poultry from Sprouts. BTW a Whole Foods will be opening soon on the Westside near the mall area. Im taking my dollar vote there.

Thought I was paying for quality. The broccoli turned yellow, the cauliflower was getting black spots all over, the loose potatoes looked & felt fine, sliced into rotting potatoes dark brown stinky ring in the center. Asparagus very tough to eat. Romaine was so wet, even when I dried it with paper towel, I peeled back 2 layers, still turned slimy. I wanted fresh mushrooms but the packages were frozen, mushrooms are not edible this way.I threw away about $35 worth of food. What is wrong in our grocery stores. Better grow your own vegetables & fruit if you can. So sad!

I saw a MOTH in the sandwich from this location! How do you guys miss a whole bug falling into the sandwich?!? I loved coming here for the food until I seen this. If you eat at the deli, make sure to check the food!!! It ruined my appetite so badly!

I love how friendly and helpful all the employees of this Sprouts are. Customer service is very important to me - when I have a question I want to easily find someone to help me! I also love the quality of the fruits and vegetables and the extensive organic selection, the lack of which are in good part why I don’t shop at other nearby stores. Glad to have this store in my neighborhood.

I have been a shopper at this location since it opened, but my final trip to this Sprouts was on 5 Jan 2026, after too many disappointments and money wasted. It was great at first, but after a few months, quality (of produce and meat, especially) started to decline and it still hasn't gotten any better. After too many bad fruits, veggies, and meats, I've given up. There are many other products that are great, some perishable items but mostly non-perishable stuff. We were sold bad fish straight from the counter once, which was the worst experience of all. The older lady who works in the meat department is so lovely, but she really dropped the ball that day. They're also out of a lot of meat, or the dates are too near if you aren't using it right away. The other huge issue with this location is a few of the employees in particular. For quite some time, I had very friendly and pleasant interactions with a very chatty and upbeat guy that works there, but the last two times he was there when I shopped, he was clearly indifferent towards me but was himself with his coworkers while they chatted up front. I found it to be pretty weird, considering I'm a customer and have always been rece
